**Must be able to interview in person on Thursday 8/17 or Friday 8/18 from 9 AM-12 PM**

Project Control and Administration Analyst provides program control, financial planning, and management support to government contract.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree
• Minimum three (3) years of related experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present financial analysis to management
• Communication with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information; identify/resolve problems in a timely manner and gather/analyze information skillfully; ability to look for ways to improve/promote quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works closely with Program Management to maintain staffing and government property records and other government project reporting as needed.
• Develops, analyzes, updates and maintains key monthly reports.
• Performs variance analysis for costs and hours. Accountable for on-time completion of ad hoc reports.
• Prepares accurate and timely financial management reports including but not limited to contract funding, contract revenue, and billing status.
• Ensures appropriate financial management of programs and projects, including program/project budgets and Monthly program reviews.
• Compiles data for Government reporting.
• Extracts and analyzes financial data from the accounting system.
• Works closely with Contracts Departments; drafts and reviews contracts modifications and ensures prompt distribution to program managers and sub- contractors.
• Works closely with Proposal Departments; reviews RFP requirements and develops pricing profitability and financial models that will assist with the analysis of new business opportunities and prepares proposal pricing submissions.
