Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will lead both strategic and tactical components of the digital marketing strategy for a global business, reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing. The person in this role will collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders to establish a personalized digital experience, drive the creation of digital marketing assets, and deploy digital marketing campaigns, through a proactive, data-driven approach.
The ideal candidate will love both high-level strategy and hands-on digital marketing management for multiple channels and product types.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead specific initiatives that support the overall strategy for digital marketing and customer experience.
  • Partner with the Director, Digital Marketing, and other team members on the development and implementation of core strategies for a variety of digital marketing channels and capabilities, including but not limited to email, marketing automation, search, and social media.
  • Support the digital customer experience program by leveraging digital marketing expertise to help ensure successful releases and adoption.
  • Serve as an expert digital marketing resource and support business/region marketing teams on a variety of initiatives, including the development and execution of cohesive digital marketing plans needed to drive business.
  • Create and manage digital marketing strategies and plans, to include tactics such as emails, social media posts, articles, and landing pages.
  • Support the quality and consistency of the experiences we deliver by contributing to the development, communication, and oversight of policies, guidelines, and processes for digital marketing activities and channels.
  • Support training and education of digital capabilities across the business.
  • Leverage data to optimize digital marketing activities and the usage of each digital channel.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities to increase reach, drive engagement, and increase sales.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required (preferably in marketing or related field)
  • 7+ years of related professional experience in digital and/or integrated marketing roles
  • Experience working with creative agencies, freelancers, multiple vendors, and subject matter experts across business divisions/regions. Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels and in different countries.
  • Detail-oriented and strong team player with excellent interpersonal, listening, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and proactively identify areas of opportunity and focus based on business need/impact
  • Experience working with common digital marketing tools such as Pardot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, CMS, etc.
  • Highly creative thinker, with experience in identifying target audiences, and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate prospects and customers to take action
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external business partners
  • Experience finding creative ways to do more with less and willingness to try new things
  • Prior advertising/marketing agency experience a plus
