You're fluent in the various technologies that define the online space and are passionate about understanding their impact on consumer behavior. Are you interested in developing solutions based on data driven findings and familiar with social and digital trends?
In this role, you will be a key contributor to our client's Analytics team driving innovative measurement strategies, leading business intelligence efforts, execution of analysis and overall market awareness and understanding. Additionally, you will work closely with the Analytics practice lead to manage workflow and lead analytics activities for several accounts. You will also collaborate closely with strategists and planners to manage deliverables and develop opportunistic programs and recommendations.


Deliver Data-driven, actionable insights
  • Leverage advanced analytics and statistical tools to explore and analyze data from multiple sources to help elevate the conversation with clients
  • Present insights to clients and account teams in a compelling and relevant story with recommendations backed by data
  • Develop strategies to help clients activate their analytics and create a more data-driven culture
Mentor a team of A+ analysts
  • Provide strategic guidance on analytics and measurement strategies, while leading by example with an active delivery role
  • Train and oversee account team members to assist in analysis or data gathering
Add to a consumer obsessed culture and contribute to the growth of our business
  • Develop an intimate understanding of our clients business and their customers, and pro-actively identify ways to help our clients achieve their goals
  • Work closely with the Analytics practice lead and account teams to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including creative, strategy, and media to shape meaningful consumer journeys and consumer centric thinking
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a business related fields.
  • Passion for digital analytics, working with data and deriving insights to answer client business questions
  • Experience leading and delivering marketing analytics engagements
  • Expertise of web and social platforms including: Adobe, Google, Facebook, Salesforce, IBM. Emphasis on their analytics, campaign and testing capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of the digital space and digital analytics
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong consultative skills and the ability to challenge status quo and gain adoption
  • Comfort with working in and contributing to a fast-paced, team environment
  • Mentorship experience - providing training and project support, and delegated responsibilities
  • Experience with advanced analytical tools such as: SAS, SQL or R
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools including: Tableau or Domo
  • An understanding of data management principles and data governance best practices
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and senior leaders
