My client is currently searching for a Marketing Specialist – Demand Generation + Account-Based Marketing boss to join their dynamic team.

Core Responsibilities
  • Leads and contributes to strategic planning and hands-on implementation of core Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing initiatives driving brand awareness/preference and sales lead and revenue generation.
  • Additional Marketing focus to include:
    • Nurture program development and implementation
    • Digital campaigns (inbound, outbound + nurture)
    • Social media
    • Marketing automation program development and hands-on execution with platform
    • SEO + SEM
    • Thought-leader content development + Public Relations
    • Event marketing + some logistics management
    • Sales enablement / sales playbooks
    • Website optimization / analytics
  • Collaborates extensively within Marketing Team and across Sales and Operations teams to design, develop and execute Marketing initiatives
  • Collaborates within external Agencies / Partners for strategic planning and initiative execution
  • Manages select initiatives / campaigns as senior point of Marketing contact
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5 to 7 years of experience working in a B2B corporate marketing role, within technology greatly preferred
  • Experience developing and implementing Demand Generation and Account-based Marketing programs
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university, preferably in marketing, communications and/or journalism
  • Experience working at a marketing or digital agency managing clients is a plus, as well as experience managing agencies
  • Strong strategic thinker with ability and drive to implement and execute programs he/she helps to design
  • Experience using and creating programs with Marketing Automation (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.) required.
  • Experience using and guiding use of CRM platforms (, Dynamics, etc.) as well as supporting integration with Marketing Automation platforms required
  • Consummate team player with hard-wired "start-up” DNA (e.g. thrive in high volume, fast-paced environment with best balance of empowerment and accountability)
  • Extremely well organized; Program Manager-level ability to plan, own and deliver critical path projects with ability to communicate effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent verbal/written skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and make professional judgment decisions.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Highly knowledgeable of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, or similar, applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Some experience with Wordpress a plus.
Some experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop a plus.
