Opportunity Type: On-Going Contract Minimum of 6 Months Title: Cisco Audio/Visual Help Desk 100% On-Site – No Remote – No C2C Skill Set: Needs to know Cisco products (ins and outs of video) -Extron & Crestron (HDMI switches on Cisco products) -Good people/communication skills (will be working with execs) -Knows how to trouble shoot video conferencing rooms Details: My client has 20 conference room in total right now over half of them are video conference rooms They are expanding and building more rooms and need someone to help facilitate in this growth (tripling headcount) Daily Tasks: -Check facilities in the mornings to ensure they are all working correctly -Set up/ prior to executive meetings and be there to make sure things are working and provide support -Answer tickets when a room fails A passion for Video is a plus | ||||||||
