Responsibilities
 
  • Support the Sales and Customer Success teams on a day to day basis in using Salesforce.com including creating and progressing opportunities correctly, troubleshooting and training
  • Develop Salesforce.com reporting as needed
  • Maintain, optimize and train the team on the end-to-end processes and supporting systems for the Sales and Customer Success teams (key systems include Salesforce.com, FinancialForce, Steelbrick)
  • Execute projects to automate processes and reduce friction utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Represent the Field on corporate projects where Salesforce.com and how it is used by the Sales and Customer Success teams is involved
  • Act as a liaison/partner between the Field Team and other internal functions, including Business Systems, FP&A with regards to how Salesforce.com is used by the Sales and Customer Success teams
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of overall experience in sales operations and/or business systems preferably in a software/technology company with increasing level of responsibility
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com is a must
  • Experience working with the technology and tools leveraged by the Field organization to manage the business such as FinancialForce, Steelbrick, Zuora, Marketo, Gainsight, MS Excel is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Strong understanding of business processes in a fast paced technology company
  • Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
