Our client is looking to bring on an additional team member who not only has the technical knowledge to fulfill the role but also the CRM based experience
Below are the expectations that will be expected in this role:
Primarily responsible for providing quantitative analysis to evaluate the performance of current CRM programs uncovering insights and establishing benchmarks that will help guide the refinement of current programs or the development of future programs. Works side-by-side with the CRM Strategist and Associate Director to develop the campaign targeting strategy and design and develop CRM programs performance reports. Assist in research for CRM program integration and implementation.
Day to Day:
This role will heavily rely on the technical and data analysis skills as well as CRM knowledge to identify client needs for campaign execution and performance analysis. This position will require the qualified candidate to:
Work with internal and external Stakeholders to bring marketing campaigns to market
Assist in implementing direct marketing campaigns and CRM tools for top automotive client
Handle Data Preparation and Data Analysis portions of various RM projects
Prepare campaign analysis reports in PowerPoint to reflect: Email Metrics, Click through activities, Social engagement, Sales analysis, Incremental response and overall Campaign ROI
Take in consideration all elements of the campaign Segments, Channels, Touch points and testing cells included in the campaign
Assist in determining relevant methods for solving client marketing needs
Have a proactive and effective interaction with other internal groups
Have a proactive and effective interaction with outside vendors and partners (e.g. 3rd party list vendors, database partner, fulfillment companies)
Establish benchmarks by segment, list source, channel and communication type
Assist in campaign test design and execution
Work closely with Lexus Database Marketing team and 3rd Party list vendors to set-up and execute the list strategy for direct marketing campaigns
Should have a minimum of 4 years CRM experience working in a quantitative analysis capacity, past experience preferably includes marketing analytics, database marketing or campaign management.
Knowledge in digital analytics and social measurements is a plus. Understanding of CRM/database marketing and response channels – email and direct mail is a must - mobile, social, web is a plus.
Understanding of elements that drive database marketing: Targeting, Segmenting, Modeling, Profiling, Incremental response, Lift, ROI and control groups.
Experience in executing on and managing targeted segments. Experience in segmenting and measuring click through traffic.
Must have strong working knowledge of all Microsoft applications with strong skills in Excel and pivot tables.
Strong communication skills needed.
Experience in automotive is a plus.
Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred from an accredited university or college. Degree in Statistics, Math, or Economics is a plus.
-They should be able to tell a data story and be able to look at data and simplify it.
- Part of the role is campaign management data analytics
- Utilize Excel and the Analysis portion is in Powerpoint so Data Visualization is nice to have
-Because they're working with Lexus it would be a plus if the person has automation experience but is not a necessity
