Salary: DOE

  • Daily support and deployment of all systems and security related systems.
  • Design and implement infrastructure based on best-practice Security standards and recommendations
  • Provide support for all system infrastructures and technologies
  • Work with various monitoring and reporting systems to maintain and organize security-based technical reports for Management review
  • Understand competing products and technologies.
  • Liaise with internal team members, various other cross-departmental groups, customers, and third-party vendors
  • Plan and conduct Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity tests.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Perform system load and performance testing
  • Author and support documentation, policies, and procedures for internal and external use
  • Support Privacy and Vendor oversight teams
  • Support client transparency and audit readiness, and support business development needs in the Request for Proposal process (RFP)

  • Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, Red Hat based distributions preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Cloud computing technologies, such as Amazon Web Services
  • Experience working with Active Directory and Microsoft technologies, such as Windows System Update Server, Group Policy, and Powershell.
  • Strong working knowledge of Python based application stacks and architecture
  • Strong working knowledge administration and maintenance of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Basic scripting knowledge a must.
  • Knowledge of secure managed file transfer solutions and SFTP
  • Experience with VPN and remote access technologies
  • Knowledge of network and internet technologies (Firewall, TCP/UDP, IPSEC, TLS/SSL, and DMZ)
  • Experience with backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies a must.
  • Knowledge of encryption, computer and web security, and cryptography a must
  • Experience with Information Security concepts and technologies, such as Intrusion Detection, Web App Firewalls, Data Loss Prevention, and principals such as Defense in Depth
  • Experience working within PCI, HIPAA, SOX, and ISO compliances and regulations
  • Experience with version control software, such as Git
  • Knowledge of centralized logging solutions, such as Elastic Search
  • Strong working knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies
  • Detailed knowledge of systems troubleshooting, performance, and analytical tools
  • Experience with Load Balancing and Content Delivery solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Computer and Information Security best practices
  • Experience with continuous integration, automation, and configuration management technologies
