Job Title: Production Coordinator
Contract: 6+ month contract (extension possible)


This is an on-site project-dependent contract position. Projects are seasonal. The perfect candidate will have an immediate connection to our Core Values (People, Service, Quality and Innovation). Primary Responsibilities
  • Project Tracking
    • Track overall team projects in creative database
    • Maintain project calendar
    • Work with Retouching Senior Leaders to set and communicate team priorities
    • Assist team in tracking down additional information as required
    • Maintain work assignments and change management in database and communicates changes to team
    • Communicate review and release schedules to the team
  • Sample Management
    • Collaborate closely with Sample Coordinator to gather and maintain project specific color reference samples
    • Develop and maintain project specific sample kits
    • Maintain digital color reference library
  • Color Review Operations
    • Schedule color reviews with cross-functional teams
    • Prepare and manage job dockets before and during color reviews
    • Determine sequence and manages flow of color reviews
    • Expedite review process by acting as runner between Senior Leader and team
    • Update project tracker milestones and/or approvals in real time
    • Update project database and communicates changes stemming from color reviews

Core Job Competencies and Technical Skills Required
  • At least 2 years experience working in a creative production environment
  • Experience using digital asset databases
  • Experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Mac platform
  • Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate promptly, professionally and clearly in all written correspondence using correct spelling, punctuation and grammar.
  • Must be able to demonstrate an extreme attention to detail, and be able to enter data in all applications accurately.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with FileMaker Pro
  • Experience working for a retail corporation
  • Experience using Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar software
  • Experience using JIRA
