Position: Salesforce Administrator
Location: Salem, NH (on site)
Type: Contract (3 month+)
Rate: DOE

The Salesforce Administrator is a key member of the CRM team and is responsible for maintaining Salesforce.com, including mapping business requirements to systems/technical requirements and user support.

Responsibilities
  • Be a go-to person for the Salesforce platform
  • Provide global day-to-day end-user support (including system configuration, reporting/dashboards, complex formulas and system maintenance) and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, lead routing rules and approval processes
  • Work closely with business partners to understand business requirements
  • Work closely with various teams (IT, Sales, Service) to define and implement elegant, scalable and sustainable technical solutions using the Salesforce technologies
  • Work with development team to design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices and code quality techniques
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange
  • Stay current on Salesforce integration tools and best practices

Qualifications
  • 4 - 6 years' experience in Salesforce configuration and implementing CRM systems
  • Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success
  • Proven understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, and Community, as well as the Force.com Platform
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, and security controls
  • SFDC Admin Certification Required

Preferred
  • Experience with Marketo or a similar marketing automation software
  • SFDC Developer & Advanced Admin Certifications preferred
  • Preferred understanding of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, Force.com, Apex Code, Visualforce, SOQL, triggers and their use in software development
