Job Spec:
This role requires a motivated, dynamic, versatile manager to drive projects for external and internal partners. They must possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to adapt to a variety of business and cultural initiatives in a constantly evolving marketplace. The manager will provide project management support on various client-facing projects and internal initiatives, support with team operational activities such as budgeting and finance and participate in the development of creative concepts.
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Spearhead the tracking of content & Platform Strategy and Social Talent Casting team budgets, the creation of budget codes, process new vendor setup and manage talent/vendor payments in a timely manner according to contractually agreed upon on payment terms.
  • Support the content & Platform Strategy team in the preparation of project assignments which include, but are not limited to: assembling assets and assisting in the creation of presentation decks, one-sheets, videos, briefing materials, distribution plans and meeting collateral.
  • Work closely with Sr. Director and/or Manager, Content & Platform Strategy, to define the scope of projects( e.g. goals, deliverables, schedule, budget, etc.) and expectations for their role and responsibility on the project.
  • Support cross-functional working teams (e.g. Data Analytics, VN/Social Strategy & Execution, Integrated Marketing Pitch & Execution, Velocity Creative, etc.) in the development, execution, tracking and/or delivery of project deliverables.
  • Own the tracking and  on-time management of project deliverables at every step of the process.
  • Ensure timely collection of creative project assets from writers, directors, producers, and graphic designers.
  • Immediately identify and communicate project issues, with recommendations for solutions, to Sr. Director.
  • Creatively contribute to the development of creative projects and programs by providing suggestions, feedback and solutions to project team.
  • Show initiative by proactively identifying teammates needs, including 
Requirements: 
  • 3-5 years' experience in operations, HR, Marketing/ advertising, start – up and/or technology preferred
  • Outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively
  • Drive for transformational, pioneering cultural work

  • Excellent written and desk research skills
