My Direct Client is seeking a marketing technologist to assist with the selection, implementation, admin and training of digital marketing technologies. This position will be responsible for aligning marketing technology with business goals, helping create an end-to-end integrated marketing stack by; serving as a liaison to security, evaluating and choosing technology providers, and implementing applications. The Marketing Technologist will also be responsible for the training and administration of the various tools within the technology stack.

Position will also lead the automation of processes and develop new solutions within the marketing technology landscape. This includes technical design, development, integration, and administration of the core platforms within the technology stack.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverable's end-to-end, and prioritize workload effectively.Job Details:
  • Understand best practice marketing processes and align technology solutions to optimize those processes across the business
  • Help design and implement a fully integrated marketing stack to drive closed loop reporting
  • Help select, configure, and integrate marketing technology solutions, such as: planning and budgeting, project management and workflow tools, and content management systems
  • Build, configure, and support core system integrations (SiteCore, Pardot, SFDC)
  • Ensure Marketing technology products meet Security and legal requirements
  • Lead proof of concept efforts to quickly test and validate the usefulness of software solutions to marketing initiatives
  • Serve as internal expert for marketing analytics technology with a focus on implementation support, tagging and configuration. 
  • Propose and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of systems, website usability and functionality.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Director on all SEM programs.
  • Keep current with the latest technologies and advise management on their implications for the organization.
  • Develop custom marketing dashboards for client reporting.
  • Support marketing team with insights on key metrics, analysis and interpretation of trends from data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
  • B2B Marketing experience strongly preferred
  • 3-5+ experience managing marketing technology
  • 3-5+ Experience integrating marketing technology with enterprise applications
  • 3-5+ years system configuration and administration experience
  • Strong skills in Marketing automation, CRM and SEO best practices are required. 
  • Strong skills in Pardot, SDFC and SEO best practices are preferred. 
  • At least 3 years of experience with working within an analytics or business intelligence environment 
  • At least 1 year of experience working with marketing technology, ad tech and CRM platforms (we use data from Google Analytics, Adwords and CRM & Marketing Automation platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, etc) 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills  
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills to create data-driven insights
  • Self-driven, love challenges, entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to executing projects in a timely manner
