Requirements:
  • UX focused with Visual Design
  • User experience through specific feature and partnering closely with other designers, the development team, and product partners to bring experiences to life
  • Agile Experience
  • Prototyping experience & wire-framing
  • Usability testing; A/B testing
  • Specialty Design practices (Service Design & Conversation Design)
  • Design aesthetic is important but its very important for the candidates to explain the steps they used to arrive at a solution and explain what the challenge was.
  • communication skills are crucial
