The Role:

The Graphic Designer plays a key role with all design work including custom ad products and content centers, sales mocks, registration pages, email and more for as well as our clients. This person should have the ability to think big, move quickly, change directions on a dime and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team up with an experienced online marketing team, in-house programmers, product teams and UI/UX professionals to deliver company and client objectives
  • Develop digital creative including custom content centers and advertising, sales mocks, product design, landing pages, social media and email campaigns
  • Research, brainstorm and collaborate in A/B testing for website and email optimizations
  • Work closely with sales custom client advertising and product development to turn around mocks quickly, under tight timelines
  • Work in a fast paced, collaborative and ego-free culture where your talent is valued over a role title

Job Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years' experience designing for a consumer facing digital company
  • Bachelor-degree level (or equivalent)
  • Expert in design best practices that convert and promote engagement
  • Ability to execute several projects at a time while upholding quality work
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
  • Must be adaptable and able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity
  • Understanding of graphic production process
  • Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
