Responsibilities:
  • Senior Manager, works as a team lead for the Customer Systems Team
  • This person will serve as the liaison between business unit and external vendors
  • This person will manage/organize a team of up to 5 direct reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in management
  • Experienced in Agile Development
  • Experience with SalesForce
  • Experience with requirements analysis, preparing specific proposals
  • Can analyze existing systems, make recommendations
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a major plus
  • Experience with Web Sites or Mobile Applications (iOS/Android) development.
  • Experience with Content Management System implementation and maintenance
  • Experience writing interface specification documentation
  • Experience with Restful APIs and Enterprise Service Bus (Software AG a plus)
  • Understanding of the functional basics of HTML5, CSS, Java, PHP, Cloud Infrastructure..etc
  • Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques (Visio a plus)
