Duration: 6+ month (strongly likelihood to extend)
Pay: DOE

Responsibilities:

Works with organizations to effectively deal with large changes in their businesses. Analyzes changes and determines their impact on business processes and organizational design. Assesses any changes in employees' skill requirements resulting from the change. Provides companies with plans and direction for minimizing the negative impact such changes have on organizational performance, customer service, and employees. May be an entry level consulting position for incumbents with advanced degrees. As a member of the project team, provides analytical support to project team(s), conducting research and data analysis for change management projects to support the team's analysis and conclusions. Executes project work plan in the field. Also assists with preparation of presentations and proposals. Creates a user group/pilot plan and manages or oversees the execution of the user group pilot including orchestration of feedback into the project team. May focus skills in a specific industry. Daily contact with lower and middle level client management in the field. Typically holds an advanced degree from a recognized business school plus work experience prior to obtaining degree. May have one to three years of consulting experience since advanced degree (or additional years if the employee does not have an advanced degree).
