Requirements:

Javascript stack front end & backend
SQL
architect/lead level
team sits in india
person has to be truly on hands, all hands tech
someone who can lead, but hands on developing feature,
people who have worked up in start ups/small companies
health care background is a plus (epic or cerner is huge)
building large scale systems
