We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to turn data into information and information into insight to help drive business decisions. This candidate will be part of the Data and Analytics Group in Technical Operations team. We are seeking creative, driven and detail-oriented individuals who enjoy tackling tough problems with data and insights. Individuals who have a curiosity and desire to solve problems are encouraged to apply. High-level responsibilities of the role include:
· Extracts data from a variety of sources for use in analysis and models; completes ad-hoc reporting and data analysis
· Identify relevant data, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
· Analyze and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data and effectively communicate findings and solutions with various groups
· Perform routine reporting and ad hoc analysis of productivity, operational metric and other management reports, financial analyses, performance management reporting and corporate presentations for internal and external use, and assist with developing and using statistical modeling for accuracy in forecast improvements

· Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Math, Statistics, Operations Research
· Proven comfort and an intellectual curiosity for working with very large sets of data, pulling in relevant team members to address identified - and sometimes undiscovered - needs
· Be experienced in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high dimensionality data from various sources to highlight patterns and relationships
· Be familiar with database querying tools and able to write queries and procedures using SQL, R, or Python
· Exhibit written and spoken English fluency
· Be adept in building presentations for senior leadership team
· At least 1 years of experience in analytics
· Superior attention to accuracy and detail
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
· Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
· Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
· Have knowledge of predictive modeling, test design and Database querying
· Agency experience
