Requirements
  • Advance knowledge of SQL and MS-Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in SDLC Agile and waterfall methodologies, developing business and functional requirements as part of a business analyst role and translating these into a prioritized sprint
  • Data management, quality control, data architecture and analysis, data mining, data governance, reference and master data management, records management, Meta data management, Continuity planning and operations
  • Experience with data modeling and augmentation to generate dashboards and reports.
  • Experience working closely with IT Dev and engineering teams
  • Experience providing senior leadership recommendations and updates on work activities
  • Experience managing relationship and holding other teams accountable for data integrity
  • Experience identifying continuous improvement steps in processes
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment with a drive to implement process and control
Beneficial experience
  • MySQL DB: Specifically be able to manage data intake and update from and to multiple sources.
  • BootStrap Framework: Specifically be able to identify framework modules which could fulfill the application requests/requirements
  • Apache2 Web Engine

Job Duties
  • Data management and augmentation
    • Add value to base data by adding information derived from internal and external sources
    • Manage the information lifecycle
    • Ensure data quality
    • Compliance with corporate standards and policies for data management including Data Release Forms aligning to Foreign ownership Control or Influence (FOCI) requirements
    • Obtain information on current circuit pricing to build the cost savings tracker globally
    • Manage the data lifecycle from key databases (Sequentra, Workday) to SPP and SPP updates back to key databases
    • Global Site ID creation process
    • SPP Site provisioning process
  • SDLC
    • Create, maintain and publish a data dictionary
    • Create process and method for intake and prioritization of enhancement requests including escalation of sites which need to be promoted for various reasons
    • Agile and Sprint for Application Development
    • Must have experience in SDLC agile methodologies, developing business and functional requirements as part of a business analyst role
    • Act as Subject Matter Expert for individual business processes and various assigned areas
    • Document gaps identified for detailed coverage analysis and co-relations across various datasets
    • Perform analysis on datasets to determine their quality, coverage, complexity
    • Communicate business concepts and expected functional behavior to developers
    • Create comprehensive Use Cases; create and execute Test Cases
  • Quantitative and methodical approach to Business Analysis/Requirements Analysis
    • Interview the business community to determine requirements and document those for mapping and validating data as part of the data collection, transformation and building centralized repositories
    • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
    • Interpret data from multiple sources and research with business to determine various data points for implementation based on the requirements
  • Other
    • Clear onsite survey and other resources via AmberRoad. Nicollette Gordon to provide access and training on use of system.
    • Create SP folder for all agreements relevant to the Infrastructure Portfolio
Solicit relevant agreements from procurement and others and establish in folder for reference and review by the Infrastructure team as needed
