  • Strategic, Proactive Leader: Be a strategic partner to the Brand Marketing, Relationship Management teams and key agency partners. Develop innovative approaches to solve their questions and present deliverables in a compelling manner that articulates their business value and impact
  • Insights & Reporting: Manage, design and deliver analyses such as: digital performance analysis, website analytics, guest segmentation and cross channel analysis. Package deliverables in an articulate and easy-to-understand fashion with a clear storyline that addresses digital business needs.
  • Measurement Strategies & Frameworks: Create measurement strategies, learning agendas and roadmaps with input from internal stakeholders. Maintain positive, collaborative partnerships with key internal stakeholders and clients. Exhibit strong analytical, project management, storytelling and communication skills


Proactive Leadership & Managerial Experience: Must have experience in a managerial position within the Digital space, preferably in Digital Analytics. Well rounded experience and knowledgebase across Marketing, Analytics and Technology. Experience in working with and presenting to mid-management and an executive audience required.

Technical Knowledge: Experience with the following platforms and testing methodologies:
  • Enterprise Web Analytics solutions required. (Preferred: Google Analytics)
  • Paid Media platforms required (One or more: Adwords, AdCenter, DoubleClick, Atlas).
  • Social Media analytics platforms required (Preferred: NetBase, Social Studio)
  • SEO Analytics platforms required (Preferred: BrightEdge)
  • Syndicated Measurement platforms required (One or more: Hitwise, comScore, Nielsen).
  • A/B and Multivariate testing required
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred. (Preferred: Salesforce or Oracle)
  • Understanding of Tagging platforms and Tagging strategies (Preferred: Google Tag Manager)
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPivot, PowerPoint, and Access skills preferred.

  • Bachelor degree required. MBA preferred.
Must have at least 5 years of Digital experience and 3 years Digital Measurement including web, mobile web/app, email, social media, social listening, display, video and search.
