Job Spec:

Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of paid digital media channels including social, display, email, native, search and affiliate
  • Develop and execute the digital media plan for customer acquisition to drive growth and KPIs
  • Conceptualize creative for the digital marketing campaigns and work with the designers, photographers, and copywriters to create required advertisements
  • Work closely with tech team to create landing pages and microsites as well as A/B testing on the acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates
  • Create an internal email marketing strategy to convert non-buying email leads into paid customers
  • Manage promotions and discounts across advertisements to improve acquisitions and increase average order value on new customers
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly acquisition reports to analyze the campaign's performance and KPIs
  • Optimize campaigns daily to drive down customer acquisition costs and increase the volume of new customers acquired
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns for customer acquisition either at a brand or an agency
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Start-up, e-commerce experience preferred
  • Direct to consumer digital marketing experience required
  • Managed a minimum of $300,000+ a month in digital marketing and media with focus on customer acquisition
  • Proven track record to increase customer acquisitions and drive down customer acquisition costs
  • Facebook advertising experience, managing at least $100,000+ a month required
  • Native advertising and email experience to drive customer acquisition preferred
  • Highly analytical and data driven decision-making. Must know Google Analytics. MixPanel a plus
  • Knowledge of brand building but still being able to drive customer acquisitions and ROI
  • Self-driven, growth minded, hunger for success and a winners mindset
  • Strong communication skills, highly collaborative and team oriented
  • Great with numbers, tech savvy and must know excel
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment and deliver on required KPIs
  • A passion and desire to work with the food industry. Good sense of humor and know how to have fun
