Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support the complete lifecycle of marketing activities including business development and capture, discovery and research insights, marketing strategy recommendations, and campaign and optimization execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members on full funnel customer-engagement analysis, including analysis of demand generation programs and nurturing tracks across multiple devices and multiple touch point.
  • Develop data quality protocols and manage data hygiene.
  • Develop, independently or with consultants, and maintain marketing analytics dashboards and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Integrate marketing technologies with business platforms independently or with consultants to grow, monitor and troubleshoot future and current marketing integrations.
  • Proactively stay informed of marketing technology best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Manage special projects and perform ad-hoc tasks as defined by Digital Marketing Director.




The Ideal Applicant Will Possess:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 plus years of experience in database and marketing technology, including customer relationship management platforms (e.g. Salesforce), marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot), and content management systems (e.g. WordPress).
  • Experience integrating marketing applications with other enterprise applications and internal data sources.
  • Experience in aligning data collection with reporting needs.
  • Knowledge of and experience with data quality best practices.
  • Knowledge of SEM, SEO and Conversion Rate Optimization best practices.
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing technology trends, as well as established marketing/technology best practices.
  • Tech savvy, intellectually curious, resourceful problem solver.
  • Active listener with a collaborative work style.
  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to see details' relevance to big picture strategy.
