Role and Responsibilities:
This role would be the Lead day-to-day contact with the client managing the project from start to finish and delegating tasks and roles to Associate Managers as needed.

Client Management:
  • Handling client requests, setting up weekly status calls
  • Updating budget and Lookbook as the program progresses
  • Deliver Run of Show and utilize proper tracking tools (Shipping Tracker, Owned Assets, and Premiums Tracker) to ensure clear communication with the client
  • Managing production timeline throughout the program and keeping client on track with approvals
Budget Management:
  • Finalize budget to reach final activation scope going into Comic-Con
  • Manage budget between $1.2MM - $1.4MM ** experience here is required
  • Manage and track budget throughout the program, update with actual costs throughout the budget to determine savings to cover any overages
  • Process vendor invoices through Accounting and manage payment schedule
Project Management:
  • Act as the liaison between the client and selected production/design firm to communicate client requests and maintain budget/design adjustments. 
  • Oversee production/design firm's development of the consumer experience on site
  • On-site management of production and any other vendors needed
  • Secure all necessary permits (through production company or permit expeditor)
  • Event Staff management and training including production of training manual and materials
  • Other vendors may be needed outside of production/ design.  For example, but not limited to:  premium items, staffing, apparel, etc.
Recap/Post program:
  • Deliver recap after program + participate in client recap call
  • Hand over all event related documents
  • Review final event budget and outline outstanding program invoices to be handled by CR post-program
