My direct client is the leader in the Health and Wellness industry and is a $4bn company globally that is driving consumer & customer-centricity in everything we deliver. The Consumer & Market Intelligence team is central to this goal and is looking to implement a best-in-class CRM platform and associated reporting and analytics to support the organizations growth in further developing our 1-to-1 relationship with our consumers. We are looking for a strategic, proactive, detail oriented leader to build this reporting and analytics capability CRM. This position will report to the Director, Market Intelligence & Analytics

  • Strategic, Proactive Leader: Be a strategic partner to the Brand Marketing, Relationship Management/Media teams and key agency partners. Develop innovative approaches to solve their questions and present deliverables in a compelling manner that articulates their business value and impact
  • Insights, Reporting and Customer Database Analytics: Manage, design and deliver analyses supporting CRM activation.
    • Develop weekly and monthly KPI and dashboard reporting to measurement customer segment behavioral analytics, demographic profiles, contact analysis and database composition to share with key stakeholders and provide actionable insights and opportunities from that data
    • Design, execute and interpret data analytics to make recommendations that further drive customer acquisition, increase customer loyalty, improve the customer experience and create measurable business impact
    • Deliver dashboard BI reporting of monthly campaigns for bounce backs, direct mail, text and e-mail to drive business insights
    • Create segments of customers based on similar purchase patterns, and category specific recent purchases to support targeted marketing programs

  • Strong ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with brand marketing team, IT, agency partners and technology vendors.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in database marketing of Business Intelligence areas preferably with experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Bachelor degree required, technical degree is preferred (e.g. mathematics, statistics, engineering)
  • Ability to query complex data warehouses and prepare data for analysis and reporting, e.g. using SQL and Excel
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, e.g. Tableau, Business Objects and ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Advanced computer skills across all Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
