This is an on-site project-dependent contract position. Projects are seasonal. The perfect candidate will have an immediate connection to our Core Values (People, Service, Quality and Innovation). Primary Responsibilities

Managing the workflow of digital file assets (images and associated support assets) using a customized internal DAM application.
Responsible for updating and maintaining correct metadata and statuses for all assets. Coordinating the distribution and retrieval of image and support assets with multiple outsources using physical drives or an FTP client. Responsible for vetting, revising, packaging, distributing (often includes creating and naming) assets for retouching work requests via JIRA system. Comparing layered Photoshop files with our digital color matching library to determine correct, current color references are being used.

Liaise with RH partner departments to ensure accuracy of metadata in several database portals.
Responsible for updating and prioritizing Bug and DEV Enhancement Lists.

Organize and maintain spreadsheets of associated image data, including files being worked in-house and by outsources, including reference materials and information.
Core Job Competencies and Technical Skills Required

Minimum of five years experience using a Digital Asset Management or Image Database software application in a professional environment. Minimum five years utilizing the Mac platform. Extensive knowledge of image archiving and a variety of digital file formats. Intermediate level Photoshop skills (experience using layers, paths, masks and image processing tools).

Extensive experience working with Excel, Google Sheets and/or Smartsheets, including sorting, filtering, and formatting.
Experience and a thorough understanding of importing and exporting data.

Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate promptly, professionally and clearly in all written correspondence using correct spelling, punctuation and grammar. Must be able to demonstrate an extreme attention to detail, and be able to enter data in all applications accurately. Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Bonus Skills

Experience creating databases Experience using Lightroom, Bridge, ACDSee, MediaPro, Scene7 Creation of formulae in Excel and/or Google Sheets a plus Experience with any color management/conversion applications Creation of actions and droplets
