Job Details:
- Fully ITIL qualified - (ITIL expert)
- Has worked in an environment with more then 1,000 users from a support point of view.
- 2,000 employess that contact the helpdesk
- 24/7 Support
- Process driven-efficiencies
- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills
- Foundation certified - a couple of intermediate Min - foundation cert
- Doesn't need massive troubleshooting experience
- Not hugely technical - basic server environment,
- Contact center experience & Healthcare experience a plus
- Hours normal - flexibility with hours but there will be times that need out of hours work
- Experience running project - looking after new teams coming on board, being able to pull the right people on board (agile, print2)
- Organization is important - Business focused
- Not a doer but a true manager knows how to engage people and has a good understanding of how service should run and can drive the team forward
- 3+ years of managerial experience of a large contact center, around 2,000 employees
