Job Functions: Demand generation, Marketing automation, Marketing/Date Analyst, Research
Under supervision, will be involved in a wide variety of marketing activities, including lead generation and marketing automation, market research and analysis, reporting and analysis on demand generation activities, optimizing marketing programs for superior results, and assisting in the development and launch of new demand generation programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Marketing Automation - execute marketing automation campaigns through marketing automation tool, set up registration and other landing pages for marketing programs, support list upload and manage data fields for hygiene and segmentation.
  2. Communicates marketing campaign performance and resulting leads through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to sales management, provide ongoing weekly dashboard updates, on-boarding of new data related processes and sales support. Makes recommendation for improvements and drives implementation of the recommendations to marketing teams.
  3. In cooperation with other groups in marketing and sales and operations, assists in development and launch of demand generation programs.
  4. Analyzes existing and potential product/service markets by collecting and analyzing data on established and prospective customers and competitors. Conducts other research projects as directed.
  5. Maintains data sources for PowerBI and other dashboards and reports, along with supporting data, and communicates results to team.
  6. Maintains Oracle pricing catalog and makes updates as directed.
  7. Analyzes environmental factors of the conformity assessment market in terms of size, growth, competition, opportunities and threats.
  8. Performs other duties as directed.

HIRE-IN University Degree in business administration or related discipline plus generally three years of experience in marketing, business analysis or sales. Experience with Google Analytics and marketing automation (Marketo preferred), a must and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) experience a plus.
