Title: Application Support
Duration: 6+ month contract
Location: Mettawa, IL
Job Description:
The open position is for a production support Level 2 Help Desk / Application Support person supporting a Veeva CRM system that is used by field sales reps. The person will work closely with business support teams and various Level III teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with cross functional IT teams and business support teams to support SFA production related tasks.
- Takes ownership of the issues, drives it to closure and communicate status with the stakeholders.
- Determines approach and solution to problems when production issues arise.
- Applies analytical thinking skills to diagnose and make recommendations on systems.
- Works across Level 1 team, business support team and Level 3 for any Application Support Help desk cases.
- Work towards streamlining the Help desk support process and bring in process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4 to 7 years' experience in production support
Preferred:
- Preferably 2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce platform. Experience working with Veeva is a plus.
