Generís Tek is an elite IT/Professional staffing firm headquartered in Chicago, IL offering long-term, short-term, temporary-to-permanent and direct placement staffing. We are looking for Account Executive who can work from home office focusing on Downtown Chicago clients. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take their business and have a great work flexibility. Ideal candidates will have existing relationships with executive level connections.
Account executive is responsible for growing the IT/Professional staffing business. This position works with Technical Recruiters to fulfill open job orders while consulting key decision makers in the hiring process. He will also be the liaison between hiring manager and qualified candidates. We are looking for someone who wants a long term future with Generís Tek.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Will represent Generís Tek by providing workforce solutions based on clients talent needs.
  • Identifies and secures new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in-person meetings, and other methods.
  • Networks with clients over technology/staffing events, lunch, dinner and other social events.
  • Markets services to fulfill Talent needs in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions within Information Technology and Professional roles.
  • Consults hiring managers in the selection process. Manages open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Collaborates with teammates to fill open positions and cross-sell other lines of business.
  • Markets candidates for open positions and to win new business and grow existing book of business.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is a must. Proficiency with MS office - MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ideal candidates will have minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT staffing sales/business development/ Technology, Medical , Finance or Engineering staffing.
  • Must have achieved over 3-5 M in annual revenue OR over 500K in annual margin. Have a history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams.
  • Preferably have existing relationships with executive level contacts for immediate leverage.
  • Have a stellar work ethic & unparalleled sense of commitment. Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude.
  • Must be able to take a proactive position in understanding client needs and corporate partnering.
  • Must have excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent networking skills.
  • Flexibility to travel with Chicagoland and occasionally within US.
