Job Description
a: Resource should have knowledge in SQL / PLSQL programming with Oracle along with Unix / Linux scripting knowledge.
b: Resource must have experience in production support engagements - L2/L3 support, incident and problem management.
c: Experience in production batch job monitoring, back job scheduling using Autosys / CtrlM, tuning, performance tuning, etc.
d: Stakeholder communication management, working with upstream / downstream IT owners and also, experience working with operation teams such as DBAs, Unix Admin, Storage / Infrastructure team, etc. 
e.Resource should have knowledge in Test data preparation, Schema creation / refresh, Data analysis for various business scenarios, Data flow diagrams along with basic Oracle DBA skills etc. 
f. Resource should have experience in Deployment process, Configuration management, Quality / Defect management and Release management processes.
g. Knowledge on SDLC phases, Development methodologies like Agile, Iterative etc., is a plus. 
h. Financial Services / Capital Market Industry Domain knowledge is a plus.
