Job Description
The candidate should be able to translate the functional designs, provided by onsite colleagues, to technical designs. Develop technical designs, application and perform unit/assembly testing. Furthermore, he or she will provide the configuration specific for the application and infrastructure installation and support

Requirements / Qualifications
Knowledge of Genesys Framework Genesys E-Services, Genesys Rules
Configuration, Development Genesys Chat, Omni channels, Genesys Workspace Desktop Edition (WDE)
Hands-on and Configuration of IWS and IWD and eServices.
SQL Experience, Web APIKnowledge of Genesys Voice Platform
Strong knowledge and hands on experience on developing CTI/Routing applications using Genesys Composer tool
Strong knowledge and hands on experience on developing IVR applications using Genesys Composer tool
Should know application configuration using GA, GAX, CME
Strong debugging and analysis skill
Should know how to decipher MCP, IVR, URS/ORS logs
Installation, Troubleshooting and Configuration of Genesys Infrastructure Components
Good to have:
Knowledge in Genesys Architecture
Install and configure GVP, MCP RM
Knowledge in Genesys VAR Reports
Knowledge in web services
