Job Description
Strong windows knowledge and understanding of the Windows 10/7 OS , Macintosh OS and services and Virtual desktop installation and troubleshooting

Responsibilities
Excellent skill in troubleshooting issues with desktops and applications 
‣ Proficient with documentation of standards, knowledgebase articles, how to‣s, and other operational guides
‣ Planning, Capacity Management and Build for Lease Replacements.
‣ Deploying Customer approved images on Desktops, Laptops in a factory model.
‣ Work with L3 Image Management teams for Technical Issues and Process improvements.
‣ Resolve incidents related to Image Deployment and Rebuild from L2 groups
‣ Provide training and guidance for L2 Technicians for rebuilds / and build related incidents resolution
