Job Description
  • Program management responsibilities, Liaise with Business & functional teams to implement strategic initiatives in the time and attendance space, Service and support of various sites, risk management, work with technical and business teams to align program schedule, scope & cost, Change management.
  • Overall 10+ years of experience including minimum 8+ years of Kronos exp.
  • Strong hands on experience in Kronos Time & Attendance, Scheduling, WIM.
  • Should have kronos Ver8.0 exp.
  • Should have worked on cloud implementation.
  • strong Kronos technical skills, implementation experience, support experience, in manufacturing / plant environments
  • Kronos cloud as well as on premise versions, as well as Version 8 Cloud implementation experience, managing programs, service and support of various sites, delivering key strategic initiatives in the time and attendance space
