Senior Research Engineer, Applied Maching Learning

  • You will be responsible with establishing an AI engine for content generation and adaption of AI technologies for cyberspace applications
  • Develop cutting edge data-driven machine learning models for photo-realistic object/scene synthesis
  • Design unsupervised and weakly supervised solutions for automated AR/VR content generation
  • Innovate deep learning networks for end-to-end processing
  • Implement and test software modules
  • PhD or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • At least three-year experience in machine learning and computer vision
  • Essential hands-on experience in developing machine learning solutions
  • Object and human body modeling, face and human body animation, 3D modeling and rendering, physical-based simulation, mobile graphics
  • Solid understanding and extensive experience with object detection and object recognition methods based on deep learning models
  • Using CNNs, LSTMs, autoencoders
  • Preferably implemented with TensorFlow library
  • Well versed in the state-of-the-art in real time 2D and 3D data processing, feature design, training, cross-validation, feature down-selection, performance evaluation
  • Experience in 3D graphics including rendering and simulation
  • Experience in working with data from RGB cameras, IR cameras, depth cameras
  • Experience operating on large datasets, data collection, data labeling
  • Very strong implementation skills in C++, Python using OpenCV
  • Research publications at good venues are a plus
  • Strong attention to details, highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic
  • Able to work as a team player and as an individual contributor
  • Ability to meet deadlines and commitments in a fast-paced environment
  • Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English
