Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Phoenix

Location: Phoenix, Arizona
 
  • Schedule phone screens and on-site interviews as well as conference room scheduling for all business groups across the Sunnyvale, CA, Phoenix, AZ and Boston, MA offices.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System; responsible for data entry & integrity within Jobvite & open/post external job postings on various job boards.
  • Create, distribute, collect and maintain employment-related correspondence; e.g., applications, compliance and NDA forms, offer letters, and orientation materials
  • Coordinate and participate in college and other recruiting events
  • Initiate background check investigations and verify completion to ensure reports are in compliance
  • Schedule and lead recruiting process and Jobvite training for new recruiters and hiring partners
  • Produce weekly Open Req Report and other ad hoc recruiting reports as needed
  • Assist in providing data for SOX and other internal/external audits
  • Coordinate and plan for quarterly New Hire Orientations
  • Provide additional support to the recruiting and HR team as needed; support special companywide projects/events as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook (Outlook Calendaring is a must)
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite is highly preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; meticulous attention to details and accuracy; meets deadlines
  • Strong customer facing and interaction skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal savvy,
  • Basic analytical (reporting) skills
  • Must demonstrate ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity
  • Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully
  • Flexible and capable of adapting to a constantly changing business environment
  • Takes initiative and works well both in an individual and team setting
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience
