Process Improvement Manager

• 10+ years of Process improvement experience in the recruitment space.
• Mapping Workflows and Dependencies.
• Building and embedding methodical continuous improvement programs globally
• Quickly establishing a clear understanding of the business needs and the activity required to best support key objectives
• Identifying root causes, responding with detailed analysis and clear routes to resolution using 'design thinking' to creatively resolve problems
• Highlighting and managing competing priorities through understanding the purpose and making appropriate recommendations – challenging where appropriate
• Assisting the Director of Programs in identifying and managing change management and process excellence opportunities; delivering activities through to conclusion whilst measuring activity, outcomes and resulting ROI
• Approaching the role with a strong compliance lens – reviewing data integrity and governance of proprietary TA systems, ensuring compliance best practice is adopted and maintained
• Leading projects through the entire improvement cycle, starting with project definition and ending with standardization of solutions
• Capture and record learnings and developments to track project activity and outcomes.
