Position : Partnerships Coordinator

Client is looking to add a passionate and collaborative member to its Partner Services & Activation Team.
The Partnerships Coordinator will report to the Partnerships Manager and support all members within the department.
This position is well suited for an energetic and proactive individual who is able to work on multiple on-going projects that will improve the activation and fulfillment processes for the entire department.
This role will need to liaise between the Partnership Managers, Partnership Operations Managers, Business Development Managers and various external departments on a daily basis to ensure all requests and deliverables are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
This role requires a highly organized, innovative thinker with excellent multitasking skills and intense attention to detail.

Opportunities and Responsibilities Include:
• Support Partnership Business Managers in fulfilling contracted partner assets including signage, radio, television, social, digital and other contractual elements
• Responsible for submitting, updating and tracking requests for 100+ partners to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment
• Collect and organize all necessary partner specifications and details for necessary projects and creative campaigns
• Work closely with the Partnerships Account Managers to maintain our CRM database with all partner details as well as understand and communicate status of project timelines
• Run partner metric reports and pull data for presentations and recaps
• Develop positive rapport with various internal departments including: Brand, Advertising, Analytics, Finance, Loyalty and Event Marketing
• Manage relationships and payment with external vendors
• Collaborate internally and externally to best prioritize and optimize projects and campaigns
• Assist Partnership Operations Managers and Business Development with various projects, presentations and day to day tasks

Job Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in a job with similar duties and tasks
• Proactive, team player committed to delivering results in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of e-commerce and internet based business
• Strong desire to innovate and improve current processes
• Superb skills using all Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with CRM databases such as Salesforce/KORE

• University degree, preferably in marketing or business-related discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sports Enthusiast and Entertainment Fan
