Corporate Resolution Analyst
 
Corporate Resolution Specialist will work with the Consumer Services management team to resolve consumer's issues. This is a demanding and fast paced position requiring attention to detail, ability to analyze and solve problems while speaking directly with consumers in a friendly & empathic manner.
 
  • Resolve high priority consumers issues through strong analytical skills, research and investigation skills while protecting the consumer information
  • Ability to identify recurring trends and issues from derived from consumers insights and issues.
Identify process gaps and partner with team members to improve both knowledge & documentation
Effectively collaborate & communicate with internal teams as needed to support our consumers
  • Prioritize and complete requests within the designated  timeframes
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple  consumer issues within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems with strong troubleshooting techniques
  • Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to perform under pressure on routine duties
  • Customer service background  with at least one year experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work cross organizationally and as a contributing member of a team with a strong consumer orientation
  • Ability to work independently on routine duties or projects with general instruction & supervision on new assignments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Financial experience a plus
