•Develop and maintain continuous process improvement strategies by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
•Create and revise procedures by analyzing the Technical Systems & Integrations team’s operating practices, document repositories, physical security technology solutions, and budget.
•Develop and maintain repository for all purchase orders and proposals submitted to the Technical Systems & Integrations team; review invoices submitted by vendors.
•Provide technical assistance for Physical Access Control Systems, Video Management Systems, and Visitor Management Systems by thoroughly documenting troubleshooting procedures.
•Develop processes and procedures to manage all physical security assets and the associated depreciation lifecycles.
•Direct and coordinate requests submitted to the Technical Systems & Integrations team to the appropriate point of contact(s).
•Project manage installation of physical access control systems
•Develop planning, design and implementation material for construction projects
•Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports
•Ensure health of projects are above a 95% interval and immediately correct any inconsistencies
•Ensure project budgets do not exceed allotted amount
•Manage project coordinators to support construction activities around the globe.
