Headcount Analyst

Responsible for managing headcount data and processes to influence and enable teams to meet aggressive Headcount targets.
Your main role is to support ongoing hiring needs by scanning resumes, comprehend processes and produce standardized documentation and workflows.
Maintain and organize shared documents and schedules for hiring events including, candidate invites, interviewer scheduling, hiring decisions and ongoing metrics, reports, analysis and dashboards, identifying KPIs to drive key business decisions. Ideal candidate is an experienced and logically organized multi-tasker with a passion for staffing.
Additionally, you will be required to partner with Finance and HR Staffing to obtain input, analyze and interpret data and ensure business processes are followed. Your responsibilities may include but are not be limited to:

Minimum of a BA/BS

Managing a headcount database
Supporting management in the achievement of Headcount Goals
Facilitating staffing related meetings to ensure alignment
Analyzing staffing data to enable decision making
Facilitating headcount processes such as employee movement
Managing staffing functions such as Contingent Worker, Intern, and hiring

Qualifications
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivots and macros
Proven ability to create and deliver presentations
Proven project / program management skills
High level of detail orientation in a highly dynamic environment
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to create critical relationships with cross departmental/site stakeholders at multiple levels
Ability to demonstrate flexibility in supporting customer needs to meet aggressive deadlines
Proven leadership and meeting facilitation
Strong communication and influencing skills
