Operations Coordinator(Music & Theatre Partnerships)

Position : Operations Coordinator, Music & Theatre Partnerships

Opportunities and Responsibilities Include:
• Support Account Managers in day-to-day client interactions.
• Troubleshoot partner issues and resolve in a timely manner.
• Using Client’s internal software to manage all aspects of client inventory:
o Listing – Add the correct allocation per ticket type for various client events including festivals, tours, and one-off shows.
o Pricing – Monitor client market prices for partner inventory and adjust per pricing guidelines set.
o Distribution – Upload PDF tickets, ship RFID wristbands, and possible onsite Box Office help to ensure all partner orders are fulfilled.
o Sales – Track and maintain ticket allocations against partner sales goals.
o Reporting – Pull sales and data reports for partner recaps.
• Collaborate internally and externally to best prioritize projects, campaigns, and client events.
• When inefficiencies with processes are identified, help recommend and implement solutions.
• Additional responsibilities will consist of day-to-day management of partnership accounts including: cultivating exceptional relationships with partners, implementing & activating all contract deliverables, developing and driving new product strategy, maximizing assets and reporting results.

Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a job with similar duties and tasks
• Proactive team player committed to delivering results in a fast paced environment
• Strong project management, attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Understanding of e-commerce and internet based business
• Strong desire to innovate and improve current processes
• Superb skills using all Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in using CRM databases such as Salesforce
• Bonus: Music industry and/or ticketing experience

Team: Develop relationships with promoters and manage direct listings for tickets

Day to day: execute the ticketing, make contact, manage lists including the pricing, distribution and sale and create reports.

Skills:
-should have experience with ticketing land box office
-Should have experience with Excel (basics like how to read and pull reports)
-SIEBEL Experience preferred

Interview Process: Phone screening and in person with 3 members of the team
