Job Description ;
Provide support to State Regulatory Licensing processing and support, including renewals, state reporting, filing, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate prudential state reporting and license renewals. including the preparation of state license renewal forms and all required state reporting.
• Prepare state regulatory monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual state reports.
• Source and coordinate required data for renewal and reports including updated officer and director information, executive fingerprints, notarized signatures, resumes, financial information, and other corporate material, required bonds and registrations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to source data and other requirements to fulfill reporting demands (call reports, transaction data, and complaint information).
• Maintain state regulatory compliance licensing program and reporting physical and electronic files.
• Ensure website license listing is up-to-date.
• Maintain consumer complaint files.
• Manage state complaint process (sending to appropriate individuals for resolution).
• Maintain, file and direct mail sent to client, Inc. by state banking departments.
• Convert paper files to electronic files.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Candidate Requirements :

• Ability to manage a variety of assignments and projects at the same time.
• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.

Additional Qualifications
Proficient in regulatory filings through BSA Filing System.
Experience in maintaining license programs for the financial services industry.
Experience in financial reporting and/or the preparation of state regulatory reports for a payments company or financial services industry.
A lot of calendaring

Notary Public designation preferred.

Years of Experience: 5-7+ years of experience
Degrees or Certifications: Bachelor's Degree (Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience preferred)
