Qualifications:
Manager, Sales Strategy — Partnerships (Contractor) The Business Operations & Strategy team is seeking an experienced professional to join as the Manager, Partnerships Sales Strategy, reporting into the SVP, Sales Strategy. This position will focus on the high-growth digital/mobile component of CLIENT's advertising sales business. We're looking for an exceptional, results-oriented individual who uniquely combines the ability to act as a primary liaison between the CLIENT and its' media partners with a quantitative outlook.

Responsibilities
• Cultivate strong relationships within Partner organizations including Apple, YouTube and Snap in order to identify, initiate and lead growth strategy initiatives and remove roadblocks
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Planning, Marketing, Research, Operations, Sales, etc.) to develop the capabilities, go-to-market strategies and execution plans needed to drive rapid revenue growth
• Operationalize new partner products and capabilities; chart operational processes and educate the broader sales team on new offerings
• Play an active role in the strategic analysis and inclusion of Partnerships in annual planning cycles (upfront, long-range planning, budget)
• Provide regular updates to senior executive teams at CLIENT and partner organizations regarding the health of and growth opportunities for Partnerships (e.g. revenue, performance, SWOT, resourcing, business intelligence)
• Monitor the competitive landscape for key developments affecting the digital advertising business Eligibility

Requirements
• Bachelor degree required (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience at a leading media company, agency and/or sales organization
• Advanced knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital operations
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Outstanding internal and external relationship building skills
• Proactive, scrappy self-starter comfortable working in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
