Administrative Coordinator

Location: Santa Clara, California
This position will support North American Procurement Center located in Santa Clara, CA. Responsibilities include:
Provide strong administrative support to Lab and BUs.
Bilingual is a plus– fluent in English and Chinese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint.
Strong knowledge in accounting related to expense management.
Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
Perform executive assistance duties –
Schedule meetings, internally with other departments with a strong understanding of the organizations' teams, operations, culture, policies and procedure.
In addition, obtain signatures, arrange travel, reserve audio or video bridge, coordinate team building event, support business groups, order office supplies, place purchase requisitions on behalf of the applicants and track the progress of procurement, process payments, provide training on admin related tasks, filing, etc.
Assist in arranging interview schedules for candidates within the labs and departments.
Work closely with other assistants 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty on time and satisfactorily. Below are the minimum requirements of the education, experience, knowledge, and skills required to competently perform in this position: 
College graduate with bachelors degree, or equivalent experience as a minimum.
Be able to navigate and balance priorities, or prioritize schedules due to last minute changes or preparation, and be able to work under pressure.
Good communication and problem solving skills
5 years experience in administrative support is desired
Energetic, team player, able to multi-task, organized and detail-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt multi culture work environment.
