Position : Program Coordinator

This position will be part of the Global Marketing Operations (GMO) team and is planned to be filled immediately. The position will be work with people in Sydney. We are looking for a fast-learning, very diligent, outspoken, proactive, self-organized and delivery-oriented individual, with the ability to independently work through everyday tasks and challenges. The successful candidate must be at ease to work in a cross-functional and multi-national teams, with stakeholders of difference levels of seniority, high emphasis on relationship management and successful campaign execution.

Main responsibilities will be:
• Supporting regional Business Units "BU "/ Marketing and Operational teams with successfully deploying global marketing campaigns
• Participation and active engagement in various regional marketing team meetings (campaign kick-offs, BU brief meetings, KPI & Input quality reviews etc.)
• Assures input quality and completeness of all required campaign briefs to the operations teams, through the use of checklists and flags in the workflow management tool
• Facilitating Marketing brief clarifications between BU/Marketing and Operational teams
• Applying the SLA breach process for all owned channels
• Running Post-mortem process using the defined toolkit
• Enforcing and further development of existing/new processes with the BU and Marketing teams
• Act as representative for BU and Marketing teams to feedback all required process changes impacting all involved teams

Skills and qualifications required:
• Solid understanding of the marketing execution mechanics across various channels and marketing tactics (targeting, segmentation, emails, onsite)
• Experience with Jira
• Understanding of campaign performance measurement
• Structured way of working (process oriented)
• Strong ability and experience in managing conflicting interests from various stakeholder groups
• Solution driven attitude with a natural sense of pragmatism
• Data driven person with analytical thinking
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and efficiency (Six Sigma/Lean concept awareness)
• Professional Stakeholder Management Skills
• Ability to articulate technical detail pertaining to the success/failure of a given task
• A strong team player, highly organized and detail oriented
