Research Lab Support Engineer

We are looking for a research lab support engineer to join our team and support and develop ways for our employees to seamlessly interact with research participants through technology.
The support engineer is also responsible for managing all data collected during our lab sessions and making sure the data is secured and easily accessible by all researchers.
In addition to the responsibilities of managing the operation of the usability labs, the system engineer will also be responsible for exploring new and more advanced methods for collecting data about our users, bringing ideas for how to expand the footprint of the lab, as well as remaining on the cutting edge of new technology that could expand our research capabilities for an optimal research experience.
We have physical spaces in San Diego and Mountain View that require onsite support and training with our audio/visual equipment in addition to virtual connections through follow-me-homes and web/video.

Skills:
Strong audio/visual management and operational skills are needed to ensure we have the most accurate recorded data after our sessions.
Adapt quickly and on the spot, to meet ever changing and unpredictable needs.
3-5 years experience within the field

Education:
Bachelors Degree preffered
