The Program Management Office in Dell Technologies group is looking for project coordinator/Program Manager to support our Staff Program Manager responsible for IT, and Support activities.

Organizational Relations
• This position reports to the Staff Program Manager, enabling rollout of programs, CAPEX management, action item follow up, scheduling, and IT project management. Iii. Principal Accountabilities
• Monitoring and updating project plans, risks, issues, costs, staffing, and capacity conflicts.
• Manage IT projects and IT tasks relating to maintaining contract workforce.
• Scheduling project meetings, on requested, and taking minutes to record accomplishments, issues, risks and action item with responsible party and due date.
• Assist in tracking interdependencies between projects.
• Create presentations as need
• Create reports and status updates based on existing tools. Iv.
• Proven record of a change agent
• Ability to create great relationships
• Great listener

Education, Experience & Skills
• Excel expert is key
• Able to use Agile tools such as Jira
• Great communicator and ability to speak in public
• Minimum of 5 year experience preferably a PMP, on a large scale project, preferably in a distributed team environment.
• Very detailed-oriented. Proven ability to work within systems. Has not been a manager but is a hands-on.
• Good working knowledge of program management tools and reports such as MSFT project, Jira and agile tools, program management terminology.
• Knowledge of Software development – highly desirable in software environment experience
• Knowledge of Project Management Principles and Techniques
• Bachelors of Science or equivalent - engineering background is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Demonstrate the ability to learn technical systems and synthesize strategy
• Experience with SW development projects or release management
• Ideally know VMware products, SDDC or cloud technologies.
• Even further, knowledge of Dell/EMC.
