Alluvion Staffing is seeking a Director of Product Management (Complex Care) to serve as a the  Complex Care Product Division leader with a client in Jacksonville, FL.
 
OVERVIEW:
The Director of Product Management - Complex Care Management Division- will  serve as a the  Complex Care Product Division leader. They will champion and innovate the Complex Care Management Product Division, which includes Home Health, Equipment Device Management, and Dental + Doctor.
The Director of Product Management will innovate and own the Home Health/ Complex Care product lines. They are accountable for driving the strategy, direction and vision for the Complex Care suite of products
 
MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH, NURSING, OR COMPLEX CARE related experience.


The Director of Product Management - Complex Care Management Division is accountable for managing a small team of product managers as well as driving product development through all stages of the lifecycle. From leading the development of new products (from brainstorming to launch) to energizing and repositioning enhancements of existing products within the vertical. Leveraging exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the Director of Product Management for the Home Health/ Complex Care Products will collaborate and present to all levels of organization. Acting as the Home Health/ Complex Care Product Lines Evangelist, the Director will drive innovation to move the needle in providing great products and services and managing their product portfolio.

GENERAL DUTIES:
  • Owns the promotion, placement, and performance of products and services.
  • Manage a team of Product Managers.
  • Owns delivery of product strategy and drives the product strategy and vision sufficient to building and maintaining alignment at all times.
  • Product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s) across all products/product lines.
  • Creation of product strategy, product roadmaps and specification of product requirements.
  • Has a constant pulse on product performance and can react to market dynamics with new opportunities and tactics to ensure continuous growth.
  • Creates and shares visual product roadmaps, which drives organizational consensus and support.
  • Provides a mechanism to determine what level of development investment is required to deliver the features and functionality specified in the roadmap.
  • Provides a framework for the entire organization to plan for the future of the product.
  • Develops a mechanism to capture customer and market feedback.
  • Management of existing product lines, increasing profitability and monitoring of Profit and Loss goals for each product/product line while working with all areas of the organization including finance, operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Maps goals to high-level initiatives in order to measure progress and ensure product features are delivering unique value for the business.
  • Integrates product data with other tools (Salesforce) to allow collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
  • P&L support for each sub program within a product group; may have up to three programs under accountability.
  • Maintain product and market knowledge. Analyses and keep abreast of market trends.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to realize product concepts and bring them to market. Work with customers internally and externally to define and refine product requirements.
  • Act as product evangelist both internally and externally.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) and/or a Master's degree (M.A., M.S. or M.B.A.); or five (8) plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Extensive experience in product management.
  • Advanced experience in the successful creation and delivery of product strategy, product road map and product performance measurement
  • MUST HAVE EXPERINEC IN HEALTHCARE (preference for Nursing or Home health or complex care)
  • MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE PRODUCT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to analyze and react to data trends from various channels
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written for interpersonal communication and collaborative management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
  • Displays strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities, and strong business judgment.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, negotiating, and presentation skills. Strong public speaking and presenting skills preferred.
  • Strong ability to create and develop professional relationships with internal and external customers.
