Alluvion Staffing is seeking a Senior Product Marketing and Delivery Manager for an immediate full time direct hire role for with a client in Jacksonville, FL.
 
OVERVIEW:
The Senior Product Marketing and Delivery Manager will be in charge of upstream and downstream product and marketing. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BOTH UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING!!!
  • The Senior Product Marketing and Delivery Manager will be supporting and working between 3 groups upstream (Prod Development, Prod Mgmt, and NPL or National product leads) and one group downstream which is Prod Delivery/Marketing.
  • Start up experience isn't a must but if we have somebody with that, the manager would be super excited to speak with them.
  • Targeting 110 k base with full benefits and a 20% bonus attached. Marketing and Product Management experience required and healthcare is HIGHLY preferred
  • The Senior Product Marketing and Delivery Manager will be responsible for the product marketing activities for all client products and services.
  • The Senior Product Marketing and Delivery Manager will create messaging and positioning for products, and conceive and develop programs that drive demand.
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate capabilities into benefits is crucial.
  • Sr. Manager, Product Delivery will be the subject matter expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel and all other organizations within the organization.
  • This position reports directly to the Sr. Director, Product Marketing & Delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates company products in the market
  • Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of products
  • Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Market intelligence – be the expert on buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on competition
  • Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for Products.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5-10+ years of product marketing experience
  • Extensive experience in product positioning, product marketing, messaging, sales enablement, market intelligence and demand generation.
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BOTH UPSTREAM AND DOWNSTREAM PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING
  • Bachelor's in marketing, advertising, communication, media or business highly preferred
  • Creative, innovative and collaborative approach to product marketing
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
