Alluvion is currently hiring for an Accounting Associate / Office Administrator.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support bookkeeping and account management personnel. Responsibilities will extend to content organization and tracking for various aspects of in-house jobs. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diverse workload. Potential for growth based on candidate's strengths.

Bookkeeping Responsibilities
· Enter and manage Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable in QuickBooks in a timely and accurate manner
· Process, mail and track invoices and payments
· Record and process deposits
· Work directly under VP to assist with any duties needed with regards to bookkeeping

Office Administrative Responsibilities
· Filing, answering phones, and general office duties
· Organizing employee timesheets for payroll
· Learning and helping to support office on implementation of new PM software
· Learn internal job structure and assist with organizing job quotes and schedules
· Ordering and tracking office supplies

A successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

Required Education and Experience
· At least two years prior administrative/bookkeeping experience
· Experienced in QuickBooks
· Experienced in Microsoft Excel – A MUST!
· Minimum 2-year associates degree
